Betting and Game Rules
These rules cover how bets, spins and rounds are placed and settled at Ice36 Casino, and what happens when a game is interrupted. They apply to every game in our lobby, alongside our Terms & Conditions.

General rules that apply to all play
These rules form part of your agreement with us. Where a game carries its own rules or paytable, those rules apply to that game in addition to the points below.
- One account per person. You may hold one account with us, in your own name and used only by you. Duplicate accounts may be closed and the play on them settled under our terms.
- 18+ only. Play is for adults aged 18 or over. We hold a gaming licence and verify accounts, so we may ask for identity documents before a withdrawal is paid.
- Real money and bonus funds are separate. The cashier shows which balance a stake comes from and the order in which the two are used.
- Bets are final once placed. A confirmed stake cannot be changed or cancelled, and a round in progress must be completed before the funds return to your balance.
- Stakes and limits. Minimum and maximum stakes are shown in each game, with any further limits shown in your account.
You are responsible for knowing how a game works before you stake on it. If anything is unclear, close the game and ask our live chat or support team first.
How bets and spins are settled
Every round is processed on the game server. The outcome recorded there is the result of your bet, and it is that record which settles your balance.
- You place a stake and confirm it in the game.
- The game server generates and records the outcome.
- The outcome is settled against the game's paytable or table rules.
- Your balance updates and the round appears in your game history.
If what you saw on screen disagrees with the server record, after a dropped connection or a refreshed page, the server record stands. The same applies to any figure shown in a chat window or a promotional message.
Return to player
Each game carries a return-to-player figure, set by its supplier and shown in the game's own information screen. It is a long-term theoretical average across many thousands of rounds and says nothing about the result of a single spin or hand. Your game history holds the record of what you actually played.
Malfunctions and interrupted rounds
A malfunction is any fault in a game, its software or the systems it runs on that makes it behave in a way it was not built to.
- A malfunction voids all pays and play. Where a fault affects a round, that round and anything it appeared to pay are void, and the stake is returned to the balance it came from.
- Disconnection. If your connection drops mid-round, the round stays open on the server. When you reconnect, the game either resumes where it stopped or settles itself and credits any result to your balance.
- Unfinished rounds. A round left open for a long period may be settled automatically under the game's own rules.
- Clear errors. Where a paytable, a result or a balance is plainly wrong because of a system or human error, we may correct the position and adjust the balances affected.
We will not hold you to a stake a fault prevented you from placing, and equally we cannot pay a win a game produced only because it was faulty. Where a correction changes your balance, we tell you what changed and why.
Bonus funds and promotional play
Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credit are played under the terms of the offer they came from, which sit alongside these rules.
- Wagering. Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement, shown with the offer and tracked in your account.
- Maximum bet. A maximum stake per spin or round applies while a bonus is active. Stakes above it may cost you the bonus and anything won from it.
- Game contributions. Games count towards wagering at different rates and some are excluded, as set out with each offer.
- One bonus at a time. Unless an offer says otherwise, one bonus runs at a time, and an expired bonus and any balance left on it are removed.
Playing a bonus in a way it was not designed for, such as low-risk betting patterns or stakes placed only to clear wagering, may lead to the bonus being withdrawn. Money you deposited yourself stays yours.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are hosted by a dealer and streamed to you as the round happens. Each table has its own help screen covering the bets it takes, its paytable and its limits.
- The dealer's call stands. The dealer's decision, applied with the table rules, settles the round.
- Late bets. Stakes must register before the betting window closes. Anything later is not accepted and is returned to your balance.
- Table limits. Minimum and maximum stakes per betting position are shown at the table and differ between tables of the same game.
- Mistakes at the table. Where a card is misdealt or equipment fails, the table rules decide whether the round continues or is void.
Seats, side bets and features vary from table to table, so please read the help screen of the table you join.
Queries and disputes about a round
If you believe a round settled incorrectly, tell us and we will look into it.
- Write to support@casino-ice36.co.uk, or use the live chat on the site.
- Give us the game name, the date and time of the round with your time zone, and the round reference from your game history.
- Tell us what you expected and what the game did. A screenshot helps but is not needed.
We check the server record for the round, which is the record these rules settle on, and come back to you with what it shows. Please keep the matter with us until we have given our final answer.
If that answer does not resolve it, our complaints procedure sets out the next step, including referral to the alternative dispute resolution provider named there.
