Ice36 Casino VIP Program: Six Tiers, Points and Loyalty Rewards
Our VIP programme runs on points: every real-money bet you place adds to your total, and your total carries you through six tiers. New players start with the welcome package of up to £4,400 plus 300 free spins, and from your first deposit onwards your play also builds towards reload bonuses, free spins and loyalty rewards.

Six tiers, and how points move you through them
The VIP programme at Ice36 Casino is points-based and has six tiers. You collect points by playing with real money, and the points you gather decide where you sit. Nothing needs to be applied for: the programme follows your play, so the longer and more regularly you play, the further up the tiers you go.
Each tier sits on top of the one before it, and the rewards that come with it are drawn from the same families: reload bonuses on a deposit, free spins, and loyalty rewards credited to your account. Because rewards arrive as bonus funds or spins, each one carries the terms of the promotion it belongs to, and those terms are what tell you the wagering, the maximum bet and how long you have.
- Six tiers, worked out from the points your real-money play earns
- Reload bonuses on qualifying deposits for existing players
- Free spins, with the winnings credited as bonus funds
- Loyalty rewards that follow regular play rather than a one-off deposit
- Daily Picks offers matched to the current state of your account

Play your way, every day
If you want to keep an eye on your own play while you climb, the Balance page in your account area records your activity and the money you have spent. It is the simplest way to see what you have actually been staking, rather than relying on memory.
Reload bonuses and loyalty rewards once you are a regular
Reload bonuses and loyalty rewards are for existing players, so they begin once your account is funded and playing. Bonuses are only available to players who have made at least one successful deposit, and unless a particular promotion says something different, the minimum deposit to qualify for a deposit bonus is £20.
Rewards are always credited in the currency your account is set to, so a UK account receives pounds whatever figure a promotion advertises elsewhere. Where a promotion sets its own rules, those rules come first: individual promotion terms add to our general bonus rules, or override them where the two would disagree.
- Read the terms of the offer first
Check the wagering requirement, the maximum bet allowed while wagering and how long you have to finish. These are the three numbers that decide whether an offer suits the way you play.
- Deposit at least the qualifying amount
Unless the promotion states otherwise, that is £20. Card and e-wallet deposits are credited instantly, so the reward follows straight after.
- Let the bonus land
Bonus funds and free spins are credited to your account automatically. If something does not appear, contact support before you place a bet.
- Play through the wagering
Keep every stake at or below the maximum bet the promotion allows, and finish inside the validity period.
- Watch the balance switch over
When a bet completes the wagering, the whole of your remaining bonus balance moves into your real balance in one step.
Daily Picks: offers matched to your account
Daily Picks is where personalised offers appear. What you see there depends on the current state of your account, so two players will not always be looking at the same list, and your own list changes as your play and your balance change.
Prize Twister and other prize-giving rewards
Prize Twister is a prize-giving mechanism that can award bonus funds or free spins. Rewards handed out this way are treated exactly like any other bonus: our bonus rules apply to them in full, whether they were credited directly to your account or won through a prize mechanism.
Free spins won as a prize behave the same way as free spins from any other promotion. Anything you win from them is added to your account as bonus funds, which means there is wagering to complete before that money becomes cash in your real balance.
How reward money turns into money you can withdraw
Your account keeps a real balance and a bonus balance, and the real balance is always used first. Only once the real money is gone do your stakes start coming out of bonus funds. That order matters, because it decides where your winnings land.
| The bet you place | Where the win is credited |
|---|---|
| Real money, with no bonus active | Your real balance |
| Bonus funds | Your bonus balance |
| Real money and bonus money in the same bet | Your bonus balance |
| Free spins from a reward | Your bonus balance, with wagering still to complete |
| The bet that completes the wagering | The whole remaining bonus balance moves to your real balance |
Here is how that looks with real figures. Say you have £40 in your real balance and a loyalty reward credits £10 of bonus funds. Your next spins are paid for out of the £40. Once that is used up, stakes come from the £10, and wins from those spins are added to the bonus balance. The moment a bet completes the wagering on that reward, everything left in the bonus balance is transferred across to your real balance, unless the reward was a non-cashable one.
One rule applies to anyone who has received bonus funds or free spins without any real-money activity yet: you need to deposit and place real-money bets before winnings from that reward can be paid out. If you ask us to cancel a bonus to free up a withdrawal, the full bonus balance, including anything won while the bonus was live, is cancelled with it, and we do not put that bonus back if the withdrawal is later reversed.
If a reward is missing or credited incorrectly
If a bonus or a set of free spins does not appear in your account automatically, get in touch with customer support and we can credit it, as long as you have not started placing bets. Contacting us first is important, because once bets are placed the position is harder to put right.
Where free spins or a bonus have been set up incorrectly on our side, we can correct them. That means removing the winnings from the incorrect version and adding the reward again with the right configuration. You can also cancel a bonus yourself at any time by asking support.
Rules that keep the programme working for everyone
The programme is built around one account per person. Opening more than one account in order to collect extra bonus money is treated as bonus abuse, and the result is suspension of the account and removal of the funds involved. Playing on a single account keeps your points in one place and your tier progress intact.
Offers we send by email are personal to you. A promotional email is only valid for the player it was addressed to as the intended recipient, so a code or offer passed on to someone else will not work on their account.
Staying in control: limits, breaks and switching bonuses off
Climbing tiers should never mean playing more than you want to. You can ask customer support at any time to block you from receiving bonuses, and we will stop offering them. Alongside that, the My Account section holds the tools that let you set the pace yourself.
| Tool | What you can set | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit limits | Set in My Account | Caps what you can pay in |
| Play limitations | Set in My Account | Limits how you play |
| Cooling-off | 24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days | A short break from play |
| Temporary suspension | 30, 60 or 90 days | A longer break from your account |
| Self-exclusion | Extendable to indefinite via support | Blocks gambling and deposits and stops marketing |
| Bonus block | Requested through support | Stops bonuses and free spins being offered to you |
Self-exclusion can be applied to any other account you hold under the same licence, and support can extend it to an indefinite period. While it is in place, gambling and deposits are blocked and marketing material stops, though removing you from every mailing list can take up to 24 hours. Gambling is entertainment and it carries real risk, so if you ever feel it is slipping out of hand, these tools are there to use, and our policy on responsible gaming also points to non-profit organisations that offer free, confidential help.
Your licence, your data and support at any hour
We are licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 39326. SSL encryption protects every transaction, your personal information is treated as confidential and is not passed on to third parties, and verification documents are accepted only through the Upload Docs page in the My Account area, which keeps them inside your account rather than in an inbox.
If you have a question about your tier, a reward in your balance or the terms of an offer, our customer support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by live chat, email and telephone. Telephone calls are digitally recorded. Agents work in English and Danish.
VIP Program: questions and answers
How many VIP tiers are there?
Six. The programme is points-based, and the points you earn from real-money play are what move you from one tier to the next.
Do I have to sign up for the VIP programme?
No. Points build up as you play with real money, so your standing follows your play automatically.
What kind of rewards does the programme give?
Reload bonuses on qualifying deposits, free spins and loyalty rewards, plus prizes from the Prize Twister mechanism and personalised offers in Daily Picks.
How much do I need to deposit to qualify for a reload bonus?
Unless the promotion says otherwise, £20. Always check the terms of the individual offer, because a promotion's own rules take priority.
Why has a Daily Picks offer vanished before its end date?
Daily Picks offers are matched to the current state of your account, so a transaction on the account can make one unavailable earlier than the date shown. Claim an offer while you can see it.
What happens to free spin winnings from a VIP reward?
They are added to your account as bonus funds, so there is wagering to complete before the money moves into your real balance.
Can I stop receiving bonus offers but keep playing?
Yes. Ask customer support to block you from receiving bonuses and we will stop offering them to your account.
If I cancel a bonus, can I get it back?
Support can add a bonus again, but it returns with the full wagering requirement, whatever progress you had already made. A bonus cancelled so a withdrawal can go through is not reinstated if that withdrawal is reversed.
